About Kazuo Ichiyanagi
One of the highest regarded Japanese guitar maker, Mr. Ichiyanagi designed the classical guitar line up for Fernandez Co. of Japan, while at the same time, building his own guitar under his own label. Currently, he runs his own workshop together with his son, Kunihiko Ichiyanagi. The number labeled in most Japanese guitars are customary suggested selling price, doubled as model number. Please note that No. 10 in the 80s are not lower model than the No. 30 in the presence. Consider the cost of materials 40 years ago, and the cost of living in Japan. You need to really try this guitar to appreciate its value.
